About Scarlett
Sometimes it is difficult to find a tutor who balances technical French grammar with the nuance of daily life. I work primarily with advanced learners and hobbyists who are looking to refine their writing skills and pronunciation. My BA in Languages from Monash and 5 years of teaching in Adelaide inform my approach.
Being a homeschool parent means I value clear communication above all else. Having taught 303 students, I know how to adapt my methods to your personal narrative.
I have spent years building resources that make complex concepts feel manageable. The resources I have developed for French reinforce the materials I use for other languages. This creates a cohesive learning environment that supports your growth. I am confident in my ability to help you reach your goals.

We will examine your reading comprehension through authentic texts and improve your accent and intonation through targeted drills. One of the primary advantages of our sessions is the use of mock DELF papers that provide detailed feedback.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or an advanced speaker, we will focus on the skills that matter most to you. I enjoy seeing students gain confidence as they navigate new linguistic challenges.
