About Miller
I struggle to teach students who are bored by rigid theory alone, so I always prioritize the groove first. My teaching style relies on 13 years of performance to help you navigate electric technique and complex strumming patterns with ease. We will work through grade exam prep and songwriting with a focus on real musical application rather than just dots on a page. I offer a free trial session to assess your starting level and ensure we move at a pace that keeps you engaged.
You will find that my lessons favor practical growth over endless drills because I want you to play songs you actually love. The technical side is important for solos, but I prefer to see it applied to a vibrant, rhythmic performance that commands attention. I have spent decades refining these methods to help intermediate players gain confidence in every single finger movement.
My sessions are designed to be an escape from the daily grind where we focus entirely on your musical journey. Hopefully, we will build a foundation that lasts for years to come. I really look forward to hearing you find your own rhythm in our first session together.

Guadalajara is the city that gave me my first guitar and the initial rhythms that still guide my hands today. Have you ever wondered why some players sound mechanical while others seem to vibrate with soul?
I hold a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music from AIM and have spent 13 years playing and singing across Australia. Teaching guitar is how I share the heartbeat of Latin culture with students who want structure but crave feeling.
My approach focuses on rhythm guitar and improvisation to keep the fun alive during practice. I love seeing the moment a self-taught player finally understands how to make the instrument sing for them. It is a genuine pleasure to help people find their unique sound while mastering the fretboard.
