About Alexia
With 15 years of experience as a professional baker, I’ve spent my career perfecting recipes, mastering techniques, and sharing my love of baking with others. My background spans from working in busy bakeries to creating custom cakes and pastries, giving me a wide range of skills to pass on to my students. I believe baking should be enjoyable, approachable, and rewarding. That’s why I focus on breaking down complex methods into simple, clear steps. Whether you’re learning how to bake your first loaf of bread or aiming to refine advanced pastry skills, I provide guidance that is supportive, practical, and easy to follow. Teaching allows me to combine my two passions: baking and helping others succeed. Watching students gain confidence in the kitchen—whether it’s nailing their first batch of macarons or pulling a perfect sourdough from the oven—is what inspires me to keep teaching.
