About MARTINA
I look at monitoring and evaluating management and workplaces as a way of learning and improving so that organisations, projects, and programmes can reach their targeted goals. I teach each step using qualitative (interviews) and quantitative methods (statistics and surveys) to test the theory of change for positive gains. I like to consider innovative ways of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) - and how to organise the data and information in a database for evidence-based and results-based decision making.

I have qualifications in psychological first aid, mental health, and psychosocial support. I teach interns and professionals in existing organisations to improve their projects and programmes in a step-by-step way that examines people, finances, methods, relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, quality, impact, and sustainability. Up to one-hour sessions and can give examples, tips, strategies, and exercises to complete in the workplace in real-life situations or on your own.
