About Indroneel

With over 15 years in higher education, I have developed, led, and managed modules across Levels 4 to 7 (UG Bachelors and PG Masters) and taught PhD students primarily in the UK and internationally too. My expertise spans Marketing & Business (International Marketing, Digital Marketing, Global Strategy, Luxury Marketing, PR), Management & Leadership (HR, Innovation, Sustainability), and Psychology & Research (Consumer Psychology, Research Methods, Ethics). I hold four postgraduate degrees including a PhD in Business Management and Psychology (thesis passed with no corrections in 2020), MScs in Hospitality & Tourism Management (specializing in Neuroimaging and Consumer Neuroscience) and Applied Psychology (with a focus on Educational and Consumer Psychology), and a Bachelor’s in Mass Media & Journalism focused on Psychology. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PCTHE). I have supervised over 450 undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations with an 80%+ distinction rate and supported 250+ students securing university admissions at all levels, including PhDs. Over the last decade, I’ve privately tutored more than 600 students, tailoring my approach to individual learning styles. I specialize in all methods- qualitative, quantitative and mixed. As an openly neurodiverse academic (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia), I bring a deep understanding of cognitive diversity to my teaching. I champion student-led, flipped learning methods that promote independent thinking, engagement, and a genuine passion for the subject; empowering students to not only achieve top grades but also develop lasting confidence and critical skills. My approach has consistently earned high module rankings and student success, with 85% of my tutees achieving distinction-level results. Whether guiding dissertations, admissions, or one-on-one tutoring, I prioritize a supportive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive. I have now recently joined the world of private tutoring in Dubai and only have capacity of up to 10 students at a time due to my academic, publishing and consultancy work.

About the lesson

I’ve been in higher education in the UK for over 15 years, from lecturing to shaping faculty policy, but what I really enjoy is working one-on-one with students. Private tutoring lets me step away from academia’s bureaucracy and actually connect with students in a real, human way. My teaching is fully student-led. I use flipped learning to encourage independent thinking, making learning more engaging and fun. When students master the fundamentals before moving into analysis, they not only perform better but also develop a logical, research-driven mindset. The goal isn’t just to pass exams but to truly enjoy the subject. It’s incredibly rewarding to see students go from disengaged to invested in their studies. My background is in Business, but my four postgraduate degrees include a deep dive into psychology, which has transformed how I teach. I’m openly neurodiverse—Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia—and have had to navigate the system in my own way. Now, as a senior academic on sabbatical from a leading UK business school, I know how to adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. Universities aren’t doing enough to support cognitive diversity, and I make sure my approach reflects that. As a result, my university modules consistently ranked among the highest, and 85% of my tutees achieve distinction-level grades. I’ve supervised over 450 research projects (PhDs, UG/PG dissertations, client projects), with 80%+ earning distinctions. But beyond grades, the real impact is less tangible; I’m confident you’ll see a shift in your mindset, confidence, and approach to learning, which ultimately matters more than institutional benchmarks.
