I am currently a student who also works full time and I am a former student athlete who’s been trying to find a groove with working out without spots on top of balancing mental health, school and work. I like to keep a busy life.

If I have a one on one the first time meeting I want to hear the individuals situation from there I can tailor how I help them in their stress and mental relief. In group classes they’ll be a range of techniques and strategies discussed but everyone is encouraged to speak we can learn a lot from our selves as well as others.
