I often hear "I would love to dance, but it's too late!" ... I usually say that there is no age to learn to dance.
I took my first dance class (hip-hop) at the age of 23, in parallel with a BTS in Nature Animator in Dordogne ... 5 years later, I was dancing in "Lion King", the Broadway Musical, at the Mogador Theater in Paris!
The most difficult step is taking your first dance lesson. Then you just have to ride the wave! And if you ever have the chance to come across a passionate teacher, he will take you where you never imagined going.
What I try to convey in my teaching, beyond the technique , they are simple ideas: self-esteem, sharing, body / mind connection, motivation to shake one's own walls ...
