About Rahul
I am a professional yoga teacher, and my main focus while teaching is on proper alignment and creating balanced, mindful classes. I design each session according to the comfort and needs of my students, ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout their practice. My goal is to help students build strength, improve flexibility, and experience a sense of calmness and inner balance during every session.

I am Yoga Alliance certified 500 hr yoga teacher and I did 2 year Master's degree in yoga. teaching yoga for more than 10 years. I can teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama (breathing) for both beginner and advanced level.
