I have a seven-year-old daughter and have worked for over 20 years as a scientific journalist, specializing in health, diabetes, stress regulation, nutrition, and sports. I also work as a nutrition coach and personal trainer. In my three books, I translate complex scientific concepts into practical, easy-to-understand strategies for healthy living.
