About Meghan
I am a CAPM and PMP certified project manager working for 8+ years across multiple industries such as advertising, marketing, IT, banking, and event planning. I work in global companies with stakeholders and team members in all countries around the world. I also taught an Introduction to Project Management semester course as a professor at the local college for 2+ years.
Project management is used in every day life without us realizing!
Taking a trip to the beach? Need to bake a cake for a party? Want to create a volunteer initiative at work?
All of those examples require basic project management skills! So, even if you're not trying to get your CAPM or PMP certifications, my classes can help. I will tailor to your needs and background as much as I can.

I'm an interactive teacher that focuses on teaching complex concepts and theories in a simplified and practical way. My approach is to teach for understanding and not memorization. I use real-life examples to enhance the learning experience.
The typical program would involve 1-2 preliminary lesson(s) introducing Project Management - its uses and foundational concepts. The student can then select specific modules based on the 10 knowledge areas.
My classes are appropriate for: Undergraduate students, Post-grad students, Business Professionals, Event Planners, and anyone that is interested in learning how to create and execute a plan successfully.
