About Lauren
I graduated from Emerson College with a Bachelor's in Writing, Literature, and Publishing in 2023. I took several high level courses relating to copyediting, essay writing, and English literature. I have also worked as an intern for an online publication where I pitched many columns and edited final products.

Hello! For essay writing, I like to work with the student to develop a solid plan/outline for the assignment before diving in to constructing the entire essay. Once the first draft is completed, I will go through (with a rubric that is provided to me)and make first suggestions and comments. Then, this process is repeated until both the student and I are fully content with the product! If you just looking for proofreading, I will talk to you about the essay and then go in and do the editing process.
