About Allie
I'm a principal dancer in a small company, I've danced professionally in NYC for almost ten years and have been teaching since I was 16. I trained with my mother in Alabama before moving to the city and have studied with Russian style and Vaganova style teachers since then.

I survived a major car accident and re trained my body into professional dancing shape again. I teach all ages, children to adults. It's never too late to practice this beautiful art form, I make the technique and alignment very easy to find and give very personalized routines and barres.

Allie is a one of a kind coach. She tailors her lessons to each individual dancer really focusing on making the ballet technique work in your unique body. She's incredibly intuitive in observing her student's movement and has a plethora of somatic knowledge to assist in her corrections and training plans. She is patient and encouraging and I always look forward to my private lessons! I owe my re-entrance into the professional dance world to her.
We love working with Allie. She is dedicated and thoughtful in her teaching. Takes the time to work on things that need to be worked on and always pushes her students forward to be the best she can be
