I like dynamic classes in which children can actively practice. I like to keep them motivated to learn. We play a lot but also do exercises in order to improve the tactical vision in the game. The kids will have a great time and, for sure, they will train their brain!

  • When did you start practicing? How did this passion find you?

I started playing chess when I was 4. My dad taught me how to move the pieces and he often played with me. One day I won him and that made me so happy! In less than a year he died and that was hard for me and for my family. I wanted to keep him alive on my own so I thought a good way for that was to keep playing chess. I started training and I became very good at it.
  • Which artists or works affect you the most?

Judit Polgár is an inspirational chess player for me because she was ranked 8th in the world at her peak, breaking the gender barrier in the male-dominated sport. Polgar was known for her aggressive and unorthodox playing style, often taking risks that other players wouldn't. I identify with her because of her innovative playing style.
  • What are the qualities and skills required to succeed in this area?

To be a top chess player, you should develop and cultivate some skills and qualities: strategic thinking, tactical awareness, endgame skills, memory, analysis, focus, resilience, creativity and passion.
As you can see, these are all qualities and skills that can be developed and honed through study, practice and competition, except for one: passion. A strong passion and love for the game will drive you to continue learning and practicing, even in the face of challenges and losses. Passion will also provide the motivation to keep pushing yourself to become the best player you can be.
  • What is the most valuable advice you can give to help someone stay focused on creative projects?

I would say: take risks in the game, Creativity often involves taking risks and trying new things. Don't be afraid to experiment with different openings and strategies in your games. Also, study the games of great players. It helps you to learn new ideas and strategies. Finally, solve puzzles and tactics. It helps improve your tactical ability and enhance your creativity.
  • How would you describe your passion; how does it make you feel?

For me, chess is not just a game but a way to challenge myself and improve my skills. It is a source of great satisfaction and joy for me. When I immerse myself in the game for hours, all other problems disappear.
  • What creative achievements are you particularly proud of?

I became a district champion and ranked within the top 10 nationally, which was a great achievement that brought pride to me and my family. Furthermore, the concentration and memory skills I've developed through chess have helped me excel in other areas of my life. I've always been a standout biology student.
  • Have you ever been surprised by a student; by their ability or quick progression?

I have been impressed by several young children who are very skilled for their age, which motivates me to help them further progress and achieve great things in the future with their high potential.
  • Being a Superprof is an art! What is your secret?

I believe it's of utmost importance to have a passion for sharing knowledge, the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner, and the drive to cater to various learning styles while fostering the growth of your students!
