About Marta
I’m a 25-year-old Woman Grandmaster (WGM) and International Master (IM). I started playing chess at the age of 11, and it has been my passion ever since:) I’ve been part of the Spanish national team since 2017 and have represented Spain in several Chess Olympiads — most recently achieving a 4th place finish in 2024. I became Spanish Women’s Champion in 2022 and finished as runner-up in both 2023 and 2024. In youth competitions, I earned silver and bronze medals at the European Youth Championships (Girls U16 and U18). I’ve consistently maintained a FIDE rating above 2300 and continue to compete actively in tournaments.

My approach is always personalized to each student, based on your level and goals. In our first session, we’ll look at your strengths and weaknesses to get a clear idea of your level.
We’ll cover everything: positional play, tactical vision, calculation, endgame technique, and a practical opening repertoire that suits your style.
But above all, my goal is to help you improve while enjoying the game and the learning process. Whether you're aiming for tournament results or just playing for fun, I’ll adapt to what works best for you.
