My teaching methods focus more on the learner and how they understand content. If a learner understands the content through diagrams and drawings then more of it will be utilized in tutoring. If the learner understands better through multimedia (videos and pictures), then more of multimedia will be used. As a tutor I really want my learners to always understand whatever content they are dealing with and in order for me to achieve that I use a lot of alternative methods. Lessons won't be uniform in a sense that some lessons will be of use of multimedia and others will be of use of textbooks and notes. Tests are going to be given to the learners as a way of tracking what learners understand and how to improve on it.
