About Andrea
I have spent 7 years teaching French to students of different ages and levels. A student preparing for DELF improved steadily through regular timed practice sessions. I helped a traveler prepare enough French to navigate a trip through Paris confidently.
I worked with a professional who needed French for client calls and we practiced real scenarios. I believe learning French should feel practical and connected to real life. My goal is always to make French feel approachable rather than intimidating.
Patience and encouragement are central to how I teach every student. My lessons are structured but flexible, adjusting to how each student learns best. I focus on building strong fundamentals before moving to advanced topics.

Speaking confidence grows through low pressure conversation practice each week. Lessons often open with light conversation to get students speaking right away. Pronunciation improves through repetition, recordings and gentle correction.
Grammar points are introduced through examples before any formal explanation. Students preparing for study abroad get extra practice with everyday dialogues. Business French sessions cover emails, phone calls and workplace vocabulary.
Reading practice uses simple texts that match each student's current level. Role play scenarios help students rehearse real situations like shopping or travel. I always end lessons with a short summary of what was covered.
For DELF and DALF preparation, we practice past exam questions regularly.
