About Elle
I am a guitar teacher with a Diploma of Music (Guitar Specialization) and over 11 years of experience coaching students for live performances, recording sessions, auditions, and music school entry. I focus on helping students build confidence and develop a strong stage presence. My teaching style is encouraging, patient, and focused, balancing technical skill with creative expression. I guide students through performance techniques, improvisation, and interpretation, while emphasizing musical excellence and personal style. Whether preparing for an audition or a live gig, I provide structured guidance and practical strategies to succeed. I also incorporate music theory, ear training, and rhythm development to strengthen their overall musicianship. I encourage students to explore their creativity freely while maintaining disciplined practice habits. Every lesson is tailored to individual goals, whether it’s mastering a challenging piece or developing performance flair. My goal is to help students perform confidently, play with passion, and reach their full musical potential.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students of all levels develop a strong foundation and a love for playing guitar. I cover classical, jazz, electric, bass, and acoustic styles, tailoring lessons to each student’s goals. Alongside technique, I emphasize music theory, ear training, and reading sheet music to build a complete musician. I also guide students in performance skills, helping them gain confidence on stage and in practice.
I use personalized instruction with modern tools like DAWs, amp simulators, and metronome apps to make learning practical and fun. Lessons include improvisation, rhythm exercises, and exploring different genres to expand creativity. I provide structured practice plans while adapting to each student’s pace. Students also learn to analyze and perform pieces from a variety of influences, improving their interpretation and style.
I encourage curiosity and exploration, supporting students to push boundaries and excel in their musical journey. My goal is to make learning guitar enjoyable, engaging, and deeply rewarding for everyone.
