About Aqsa
Although I hold an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Manchester, baking has always been my true passion. After completing my university education, I pursued a Diploma in Patisserie to turn that passion into a professional career. Over the years, I have built extensive experience in both the baking industry and education, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of learning and development.
I am the founder of successful cloud kitchens operating in Belgaum and Goa, where I continue to create and innovate in the world of baking and desserts. My professional journey has also included teaching at a hotel management institute at KLE University for three years, where I had the opportunity to train and mentor aspiring culinary professionals.
Teaching is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge, simplifying complex techniques, and helping students build confidence in their abilities. Watching students develop their skills, achieve their goals, and grow from beginners into confident bakers brings me immense satisfaction.
My aim is not only to teach recipes but also to inspire creativity, professionalism, and a deeper understanding of the art and science of baking. Whether you are learning for personal enjoyment or pursuing a professional path, I am committed to helping you succeed and reach your full potential.

My classes are completely hands-on, allowing students to learn by doing and gain confidence through practical experience. Every recipe, technique, and process is explained in detail, from the basics to advanced concepts, ensuring that students understand not just the “how” but also the “why” behind each step.
I strongly believe in sharing knowledge without any gatekeeping. All tips, tricks, troubleshooting methods, and professional techniques that I have learned over 16 years in the baking industry are openly taught during my classes. Students receive honest guidance, detailed explanations, and practical insights that help them achieve consistent results.
My teaching style is structured, professional, and supportive. I create a comfortable learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions and develop their skills at their own pace. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your baking expertise, I tailor my approach to help you reach your goals.
By the end of each class, students not only learn how to make the product successfully but also gain the confidence and understanding needed to recreate it independently. My aim is to equip every student with strong foundations, professional techniques, and the skills required to excel in baking and patisserie.
