About Daniel
I am a singing tutor with over nine years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Arts and Opera. My journey has taken me from classical stages to contemporary worship settings, and I love blending these worlds. I am passionate about helping students build vocal confidence and overcome performance anxiety. We will work on breath control, expressive phrasing, and vocal health to keep your voice strong. I teach a range of styles including Pop, Indie, R&B, and Contemporary Worship music. My lessons also include live performance coaching for congregational singing and leading worship. I have worked with shy beginners just finding their voice, as well as teen worship leaders and aspiring recording artists. My approach is patient and encouraging, creating a safe space for you to explore your sound. I believe that singing is a powerful form of spiritual expression and connection. We will focus on delivering songs with genuine emotion and authenticity. You do not need to be perfect, just willing to try and grow. I am here to guide you every step of the way. My teaching methodology is designed to develop vocal dexterity and precise control. We will work on runs, riffs, melisma, and navigating complex vocal passages with ease. I use targeted exercises that strengthen your voice and improve flexibility, just like an athlete trains their body. You will learn to execute intricate embellishments smoothly without straining your voice. I break down each run into smaller parts, practicing slowly before building up to full speed. This method is especially effective for singers who want to add flair and style to their performances. I support students who need to blend their voices with other instruments or lead a group with confidence. My lessons focus on making difficult passages feel natural and effortless. We also work on breath control and placement to ensure your voice stays healthy. You will notice improvements in both your range and your ability to handle challenging songs. My goal is to help you sing with grace and musicality in any setting.
