About Jingtong

I am a registered nurse who is currently working in primary care and also learning toward becoming a diabetes educator. I recently finished the training for Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I am good at immunizations, iron infusions, and chronic management.

About the lesson

Every student learns differently — and that’s exactly why my tutoring is never “one-size-fits-all.”

My approach begins with understanding you: your goals, your strengths, your challenges, and even your learning style. Instead of simply reviewing content, I focus on building deep understanding, practical problem-solving skills, and the confidence to apply knowledge independently.

I believe effective tutoring is not about giving answers — it’s about developing thinking. During our sessions, we work through concepts step by step, break down difficult ideas into manageable parts, and develop strategies that make learning feel achievable rather than overwhelming. Questions are always encouraged, mistakes are treated as part of the process, and progress is measured in both knowledge and confidence.

My students often tell me they don’t just improve academically — they start to feel more in control of their learning. That shift is intentional. When students understand how to learn, not just what to learn, the results tend to follow naturally.
