With over a decade of teaching qualifications and experience performing abroad, I can teach a variety of styles, as well as music theory. Recently obtained my Bachelor's in Piano Performance.

About Lauren
I started learning violin through the Suzuki method when I was three and added piano lessons at age five. Throughout school, I kept studying both instruments and enjoyed competing in local piano contests, winning a few awards along the way. I completed all ten Suzuki violin books and attended summer Suzuki camps, which helped me grow as a musician.
I’ve had the chance to tour with the Southern Suzuki Strings group, visiting places like Hawaii and Italy. I recently graduated with a degree in piano performance and was nominated for a special award in my keyboard department. Alongside piano and violin, I’m also passionate about playing the carillon—a large musical instrument made of bells—and have earned certification from the Guild of Carillonneurs in North America. I even performed a solo concert at a regional carillon conference.
Right now, I’m preparing for the highest carillon certification and was selected as a Fulbright semi-finalist to study carillon in Belgium at the Royal Carillon School.

I focus on teaching you how to become an independent musician with the skills you need to succeed on your own!
