About Stanford
My approach to private tutoring is professional, structured, and learner-focused, with a strong emphasis on practical communication. I specialize in teaching isiZulu using methods that prioritize real understanding, confident speaking and cultural context. Each lesson is carefully planned and adapted to the individual learner’s goals and pace.
I am proficient in isiZulu and English and teach comfortably in both languages. I hold a Diploma in Media Studies and have extensive experience in communication, which allows me to explain language concepts clearly, creatively and in a way that is easy to apply in real-life situations.
Students can expect well-organized, engaging lessons that combine conversation practice, listening, vocabulary development, pronunciation, and practical sentence construction. I create a supportive and respectful learning environment where progress is measured, confidence is built, and questions are always encouraged.
