About Adrian

For quite a long time, anxiety and depression shaped my life. Starting in my teenage years after being bullied at secondary school, and carried into adulthood. My first panic attack hit me at 18 on a packed, overheated train, and from that moment anxiety became something I struggled with daily.

Everything began to change in 2010 when I discovered meditation. What started as a small experiment became the foundation of my healing. I explored many techniques, but it was Transcendental Meditation that completely transformed my relationship with anxiety. Instead of fighting it, I learned how to meet it with calm awareness and a deeper level of consciousness. Meditation gave me the clarity and emotional space I had been searching for, and helped me break the repeating cycles I’d been stuck in for decades.

From there, my spiritual journey unfolded naturally. I became deeply committed to mindfulness, breathwork, and the philosophy of Hatha yoga, incorporating asana and pranayama into my daily routine. I expanded into energy healing, chakra alignment, the Law of Attraction, and practices centred on reconnecting with intuition and inner stillness. These weren’t abstract ideas—they became practical tools that supported my emotional balance and personal growth.

As my own healing strengthened, so did my desire to support others. With over twenty years of experience teaching and coaching, guiding people has always been part of who I am. Today, I combine my professional background with the lived experience of overcoming anxiety to help others develop simple, powerful techniques for managing stress, fear, and emotional tension.

My coaching is gentle, grounded, and spiritual. I help people reconnect with calm, create healthier inner patterns, and build routines that support long-term emotional wellbeing. Meditation changed my life, and now I’m here to help others find the same sense of clarity, peace, and inner strength.

My prime aim is to provide non-judgmental tuition that is designed specifically for you, and from a place of safety, respect, and compassion.

During the initial free consultation we will establish your learning needs, sources and triggers of anxiety, and set a starting point. I will then provide you with techniques to help you cope and manage your anxiety during interviews.

What we cover together will largely depend on your personal needs, but essentially the areas we could look at and cover could include:

- Your sources and triggers of anxiety
- Coping strategies and techniques
- Strategies to help you overcome nerves during job interviews.

Suggested strategies and techniques may include:
- Visualisation
- Breathing exercises
- Mindfulness
- Relaxation
- Meditation (guided and unguided)
- Art therapy
- Journaling.

Additionally, we can also incorporate lifestyle, diet, work/life balance, and other aspects of your life into the program, if you so wish.

The techniques and methods I teach can be used by anyone of all ages and from any background. Maybe you are an individual who feels anxious about taking tests and exams, or someone feeling stressed and under pressure at work. Maybe you are a parent feeling like you cannot cope with juggling the many roles expected of you as a parent!

The point is that anyone and everyone suffers with some form of stress, anxiety, and even depression at some point in their lives. The trick is how we deal with that and not let it take control of our emotional states. THAT is what we will try to cover together. You are not alone!
