About Lelo
I have been practicing for 10 years and I got my certification with Wildthing yoga in 2020. I am passionate about mindfulness and mental health. My style of teaching is strong and steady. I started practicing yoga to decrease my anxiety and increase my flexibility and I hope that I can guide you through your practice
