Most people don’t need lesson plans with twelve steps, they need a realization of who they are. Most people don’t see how they are specifically tailored to overcome life’s obstacles, no matter how dark life can get.
My teaching methodology is centered around learning who my client is on a deeper level, and giving them the tools they need to grow into the best version of themselves.
