I'm a psychology student and I have been dancing since my childhood and I did gym also and still I do cardio at home to maintain the balance of body to become fit... I do yoga sometimes to make my brain calm down. It is very important to be mentally and physically fit then only we can study well

My teaching method is :-

1) I start the class by greeting and first talking about their schedule so that I will come to know in which exercise they will be comfortable as well as can enjoy the class also.
3)Our body follows our mind .so first we have to train our mind to become physically fit and motivation is an important aspect in fitness That is why I would like to know them first then stat with the exercise.
3) Then I will go with class..step by step exercise according to their body.
