About Meg
I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and supported on their wellbeing journey. For many years, I struggled with anxiety and stress in the workplace, often feeling isolated and unsure of how to cope. Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of mindfulness, meditation, journalling, and nature-based practices. These tools transformed the way I approached life, and inspired me to help others find the same sense of calm, balance, and self-belief. That’s why I founded Next Step Mindfully. My mission is to create a safe, compassionate space where people can explore wellbeing at their own pace, whether they’re seeking to reduce stress, gain clarity, or build resilience. I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to my teaching, combining practical techniques with encouragement and empathy. As a wellbeing coach, mentor, and accredited #IAmRemarkable facilitator, I have supported individuals, groups, and organisations to strengthen their wellbeing and confidence. My approach is always tailored, professional, and heart-led — reassuring students that they are not alone, and that positive change is always possible.

My approach is compassionate and tailored, using mindfulness, meditation, journalling, and coaching. Lessons are usually 60 minutes and adapt to your needs. I’m the founder of Next Step Mindfully and a #IAmRemarkable facilitator, with extensive experience in wellbeing workshops. Suitable for adults and young people at any stage of their wellbeing journey.
