I am a competitive boxer and Muay Thai athlete with experience competing in Asian and national-level competitions. Combat sports have completely transformed my life, teaching me discipline, confidence, consistency, and the importance of pushing beyond my limits.
Through years of training, I transformed myself physically and mentally, and I found a passion for helping others experience the same growth. I know how powerful martial arts can be, not only for building strength and fitness, but also for improving confidence, focus, and mindset.
My lessons combine boxing and Muay Thai techniques with fitness training to help you improve your skills, get in shape, build confidence, and become a stronger version of yourself. I also help clients achieve their fitness goals through high-intensity training that improves endurance, coordination, weight management, and overall physical performance.
