About Lupo

I am deeply passionate about politics, international relations, and helping others develop their understanding and skills in these areas. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into clear, practical insights, whether for GCSE or undergraduate students. My aim is not just to teach, but to inspire curiosity and confidence, helping students see the bigger picture behind their work.

After completing my Master’s in International Security with Distinction at the University of Warwick, I am now aspiring to pursue a PhD in security and geopolitics. This academic experience has strengthened my analytical skills, enhanced my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and reinforced my commitment to high standards, qualities I bring to every lesson.

I am approachable, dedicated, and eager to support students in achieving their potential, creating lessons that are engaging, structured, and tailored to their needs. I take pride in doing my best and ensuring each student leaves a session feeling confident and motivated.

About the lesson

My teaching style is clear, structured, and centred around helping students think for themselves rather than memorise content. I place particular emphasis on essay writing skills: how to build a strong argument, engage critically with sources, and write with clarity and confidence. These are the skills that consistently separate average grades from top ones.

I completed my Master’s in International Security with Distinction from the University of Warwick, so I understand first-hand what high-level academic work looks like and how it is assessed. While I am new to tutoring in a formal capacity, I am dedicated, well-prepared, and genuinely invested in helping students improve.

Lessons are usually 60 minutes and conducted online. They are best suited to GCSE and undergraduate students studying Politics, International Relations, or English who want structured support and practical guidance to strengthen their academic performance.
