About Tia

I'm a Johannesburg-based professional with over 10 years of experience in administrative and front-office roles, where clear communication has always been central to my work. While I'm new to formal tutoring, I bring genuine patience, strong English skills, and a real passion for helping others grow in confidence. I'm committed to creating a supportive, judgement-free learning environment for every student.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for complete beginners who feel nervous about starting a new language. I teach in English, keeping things simple, patient and pressure-free. Each lesson focuses on real, everyday speaking — greetings, conversations, and practical situations you'll actually use. We move at your pace, with plenty of repetition and encouragement along the way. Expect a relaxed, supportive space where mistakes are welcome, questions are encouraged, and progress is celebrated every step of the way.
