About Ben

Hello, I'm Ben and I'm a musician and artist. I have a degree background in design and strong connections with experts in the music industry. I started as a self-taught musician, playing bass guitar, acoustic guitar, keys and some drums. I also sing and write my own songs and have an appetite for pop/indie folk genres. Last year, I joined an online course for singer/songwriters maybe just like yourself. I learned a lot and I'm still developing my skills. I want to offer a 1:1 service because I can relate to many artists who struggle to find motivation and feel a bit lost in the music world.
I have produced my own music using Logic Pro X software at home and have had excellent feedback from industry professionals, proving that you don't need to have all the best equipment to make great music.
I have experience in collaborative work with other musicians to write songs, record and produce music.
I'm an 'ideas' person and can make suggestions to help you develop your songs further.
My illustrative design background also plays a key role in marketing and I will create great album art for you and help you find your audience.
I'm a good listener and a patient person, with the ability to hear what you want your music to sound like.

About the lesson

I will provide:
Online mentoring and coaching for singer/songwriters.
Song lyrics and melody critique + collaborative and practical help.
Music production critique and development. As much feedback as you need until your music sounds great and is ready for mastering!
Design critique and help creating great album art and promotional posts for your Socials.
Regular critique on you Social Media posts, to help improve engagement.
A collaborative way of working to achieve your goal, stay motivated and encouraged.
Planning sessions for brainstorming a song release to give your song the best chance of being heard.
I am currently flexible with time on a week/week basis.
