About Theo
I live with autism and have had many challenges bevause of it. Life in a neurotypical world is hard, and I want to do everything I can to make that easier for everyone involved. So no matter who you are, I want to show you how to better manage or support autism and how incrediblelife can be when you know how to harness it.

Lessons for parents of carers will focus on how to support a child with their sensory and communication needs. For autistics who want to learn more about themselves I will be focusing on how to self regulate your emotions, sensory needs and self care and also how to develop independence.
