About João
I entered the music conservatory at the age of four. I played guitar and had a musical formation besides marking presence in 2 of the best choirs of the city until the 13 years. Then, I formed a band of indie rock originals called "Keep Your Shoes Off" with friends I've played with for 7 years and this year I launched a solo project called "Cateto" where I compose everything from writing lyrics to making guitars. You can listen to my music on spotify and on any digital platform.

My teaching method is first and foremost the basics (the hardest). Then follow the line of thought and musical tastes and trends of the student. Music is a mixture of freedom and technique. The type of teaching will always be adapted to the student's personal goals and where he intends to arrive in musical terms.
