About Guy
I absolutely love running, I’m well in the way to my six star medal for completing the world majors. I spent a number of years trying to break 2 hours for a half marathon, and now am under 90 mins, and have taken nearly an hour off my marathon time since my first. This hasn’t been done overnight, but has taken a number of years and dedication to achieve.
