Bachelor of technology from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad and working in a psu since last 3+ years. I used to teach Physics and Maths for straight 5 years to 11th-12th and droppers, both for basic studies as well as competitive exams.

I teach by first asking a real life question to myself and students based on topic. Then we proceed with the basics, the complex part and lastly we relate all concepts to the real world. Students answer the question which was asked earlier. We make funny illustration and examples too to keep the environment interesting. But I do give homeworks and strict on it.
