About Lena
My passion for the violin began through an admiration for its expressive sound and versatility. This interest inspired me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Music before earning a Master’s Degree in String Performance. Over the past 8 years, I have worked with students ranging from beginners to advanced performers.
I believe strong teaching combines technical clarity with encouragement and adaptability. My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand how techniques work while developing confidence in their own abilities. I enjoy tailoring lessons to support each learner’s unique goals.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring violin repertoire, attending concerts, and studying interpretation techniques. These experiences help me bring depth and variety into every lesson. Helping students become skilled and expressive violinists remains one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

My violin lessons are designed to help students build reliable technique while developing a strong musical voice. We focus on posture, intonation, bow control, rhythm accuracy, tone quality, and finger placement through structured exercises and carefully chosen repertoire. Every lesson encourages consistent progress and growing confidence.
As students improve, we explore shifting, vibrato, articulation, sight reading, musical interpretation, and performance preparation. Lessons are personalized to fit individual learning goals and experience levels. Regular feedback and practical guidance help learners strengthen their skills while enjoying the learning process.
I believe violin study should be both challenging and rewarding. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable developing their abilities and expressing themselves musically. Every lesson promotes growth, discipline, and artistic confidence.
