About Jamie
I am a trained yoga and meditation teacher living in Australia. I have been regularly practicing since I was 14 (5 years) I won't say yoga has made me a permemntantly happy little fairy, but what I will say is that it has helped me a lot, and I hope to share that with as many people as I can.

My teaching method is simple. I like to hand the yoga over to the practitioner. emphasising strongly not to practice yoga in order to be present, but be present to enjoy yoga. My classes vary in strength, there is something for everyone however the intensity of the posture is of less importnance than staying aware.
