About Ryan
Hello! I'm Ryan, a New York-based filmmaker with a passion for crafting stories that resonate deeply and authentically.
After earning my Master’s in Film Production at NYU, I've been fortunate to receive industry recognition, including the Best Test Commercial at YDA in Cannes Lions for my Nike spot "Buckets” and a nomination for New Director of the Year at the shots Awards in London.
My approach to filmmaking is rooted in empathy, drawing from a diverse tapestry of human experiences to create compelling narratives that transcend the typical and challenge societal norms.
As a tutor, I'm excited to share my knowledge and skills in scriptwriting, producing, directing, shooting, lighting, sound mixing, and video editing.
