About Himanshu

I’m Himanshu, a 19-year-old video editor, writer, and filmmaker from Kota. I’m studying B.Sc-B.Ed, so I’m learning how to explain things clearly, and I use that when I teach. I edit reels and short films and run an editing page where I post movie edits. I started learning editing on my own with free software, so I know exactly where beginners get stuck and confused. I’m patient, I keep lessons simple and practical, and I’m happy to repeat things until they click. If you want to start making your own videos, I’d love to help you get going.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Himanshu. I’m a video editor and filmmaker who edits reels and short films, and I teach complete beginners how to do the same. My classes use DaVinci Resolve, which is free, so you don’t need to buy any software. We start with the basics: importing clips, cutting, the timeline, text, music, colour, and exporting. After that, we work on a real project of your choice, like an Instagram reel, so you learn by actually making something. Every class is hands-on, step by step, and I explain things the simple way I wish someone had explained them to me. By the end of 3 sessions, you will be able to edit and export a 30-second reel on your own. These classes are for school students, college students, and anyone who wants to start creating content. No experience needed.
