About Kalpak
Hello, I'm Kalpak. I am an engineer and MBA with over 15 years of experience in the financial technology industry, where I currently work in a senior leadership role. Throughout my career, clear communication, continuous learning, and the ability to understand complex ideas have been at the heart of everything I do.
Outside of my professional life, I am a passionate reader and the founder of a thriving book-reading community that brings together readers, authors, and lifelong learners. Over the years, I have moderated literary discussions, interviewed authors, and helped hundreds of people discover the joy of reading and learning.
I believe that strong reading, writing, and communication skills can transform both careers and lives. Whether it is helping a student gain confidence in English, teaching speed-reading techniques, guiding someone through modern literature, or helping a professional craft an impactful CV, I enjoy seeing learners achieve their goals and unlock their potential.
What motivates me as a teacher is the opportunity to share practical knowledge that students can immediately apply. My approach combines the discipline of a corporate professional with the curiosity of an avid reader, creating a learning environment that is supportive, engaging, and focused on results.

My teaching philosophy is simple: learning should be practical, engaging, and tailored to individual goals. Whether you're looking to improve your English, develop a reading habit, read faster and retain more information, prepare a professional CV, or explore modern literature, I design sessions around your specific needs.
A typical class begins with understanding your current level and objectives. We then work through structured exercises, discussions, reading materials, and real-world examples. I emphasize application over theory, ensuring that students can immediately use what they learn in their academic, professional, or personal lives.
What makes my classes different is my blend of corporate experience and literary passion. Along with subject knowledge, I focus on critical thinking, confidence-building, comprehension, communication skills, and lifelong learning habits.
My classes are suitable for school students, college students, working professionals, job seekers preparing resumes and interviews, and adults who simply wish to improve their reading and communication skills. Beginners as well as advanced learners are welcome.
My goal is not just to teach a subject but to help students become more confident readers, writers, and communicators.
