About Emelie
I am a Gen Xor who has lived in San Francisco for the last 30+ years. I have not only a love of makeup arts but almost all fine arts. I had a stint as a fine art painter for a time, selling for 2 years at a gallery in the Mission District. I also still love for, and am active at my ceramic studio.

I love teaching real women how to apply makeup that gives them more confidence. I like showing techniques for wearable makeup. Show the most important aspects of makeup on the face. My technique is less is more but that does not mean I am afraid of glam!
I will not only teach you some amazing tricks to make makeup a much less daunting experience for you but will also give you my insider tips regarding the products that I use in my professional kit. Help put together a shopping list for your ultimate basic makeup products.
From brushes to skin prep to my favorite foundations.. Iwill show you what I think works and what is better to leave behind. I will show you what you would want to invest in and what dupes work as well if not better than the high priced versions of said products.

The free first lesson with Emelie allows you to get to know the tutor and discuss your needs and expectations.

Details
Beyond 30 miles I charge a $25 travel fee. If bridge tolls are required as well, you will be responsible for that fee too... as well as parking if at a hotel. I am happy to take you personal shopping if you want to go to Sephora or Ulta to purchase recommended cosmetic products. I charge 150 per hour for this service in person. but can do it online which I charge $100 per hour for online shopping.
