About Geraldine

I continuously deepen my knowledge through advanced study and practical experience because reflexology is both an art and a science. Understanding how each reflex corresponds to organs, glands, and body systems is essential to achieving real, lasting results.

But beyond qualifications, what truly defines me is my commitment to helping people feel better naturally.

About the lesson

Reflexology is far more than a foot massage, it is a powerful holistic therapy that works on every system of the body. My passion for reflexology comes from witnessing, time and time again, how something so gentle can create such profound results.

I am an experienced professionally trained holistic therapist and reflexologist with comprehensive study of:

The anatomy and physiology of the human body

Reflex mapping of the feet

Techniques for stimulating precise reflex points

Therapeutic applications for stress, pain, hormonal balance, digestion, sleep, and emotional wellbeing and baby reflexology.

Recommendations

Recommendations are written by the tutor's friends, family, and acquaintances.
