About Mel
I am an Oxford Classics graduate with 15 years experience of teaching Latin and Ancient Greek in some of the best schools in the country. I am passionate about Classics and really want to pass this passion on to my pupils. I love teaching and helping pupils to reach their full potential. I have a wide bank of resources and teaching strategies and can adapt my teaching to fit the individual needs of each pupil. I have successfully prepared pupils for 13+ exams, GCSEs, A levels and Oxbridge entrance. I have tutored over 100 pupils and I really enjoy seeing them flourish and achieving success with their hard work and my input. My teaching style is relaxed but thorough and pupils often use the study skills I teach them in their other subjects.
