About Isabella
I started practicing Taekwondo when I was just 3 years old, and began competing at the local and state level at the age of ten. I found as I got older that my passion was in coaching, and helping athletes to achieve success on a larger scale. I have coached for other organizations at the local and state level, securing medals in sparring and poomsae. I have coached my private students for USAT sanctioned events, and secured gold medals in sparring and silver in poomsae.

I have been coaching for over 10 years. I place an emphasis on athletic development rather than repetition and memorization. I find this helps my students progress more quickly, and develop as a whole. This athletics first approach differs from many martial arts programs, and leads to meaningful progress, reduced injuries, and more successful competitions!
