Alexis Zen has been working for over 20 years in Fortune 500 companies on change and transformation and has built two health and wellness profitable companies from scratch. He has an Engineering degree, a Masters in Operations Management and Executive MBA (EMBA). He is a multiple bestselling author and a certified teacher of Yoga, Meditation and Qi Gong and practitioner of Kundalini, Reiki and Transcendental meditation. He started Qi Gong and meditation at the age of 3 when he joined a Shaolin Kung Fu school.
