About Emma
At Butler University, I am an intelligent, productive, and dynamic student. At this time, I hold an Hn.S. in Criminology, Anthropology, and Psychology. Whether it be the Psychology Research Team, Alpha Phi Omega, or the Student Sociology and Criminology Association, I have participated in a variety of organizations during my time at Butler University. I have also demonstrated commitment to my studies by being accepted into the Honors College at Butler University. An additional accomplishment is that I have been granted multiple invitations to join prestigious organizations, including Phi Eta Sigma, Alpha Kappa Delta, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I have completed an internship with West Houston Counseling and Psychology (WHCP) and UITAC Publishing during my time away from Butler. I am currently employed as an Archaeology Lab Student Intern in the Department of History, Classics, and Anthropology at Butler University.

I believe in using a student-led approach when it comes to my tutoring methods. A typical lesson will include a brief overview of the student's goals for the lesson, and how I can be of service. After that, I like to create a plan with the student for how I can help teach them. What sets me apart is my deep interdisciplinary understanding of statistics and research methods. Due to my diverse background, I have undergone various training in a variety of methods and applications. My lessons truly can be for anyone interested in research, statistics, R code, and RStudio. My traditional clientele is university students in research methods and statistics courses.
