About Damiaan
I am a Mathematics student with a bachelors degree in Computer Science. I have been tutoring many different subjects at different levels for over 4 years. My students have gone from not even knowing the fundamentals of math to not only the required level but also understanding math at a deeper level. However, I also really enjoy helping people who already have good fundamentals and want to push themselves to go beyond the standard test level.

In mathematics I find it important that the basics are well understood. I always find it difficult to use tricks that I did not understand and I do not want to teach that way. I always check if the student understands what is going on, and try to ensure that students can come up with the answers themselves instead of explaining it.
