About Emma
I believe that running can enable success in all realms of life, and I'm excited to share my love of running with others and to help them achieve their goals. I am a proven leader and mentor on and off the track. Following my university sprinting career at the University of Chicago, I have worked in consulting, rowed for Pembroke College at Oxford while receiving my MBA, and am now training for my 2nd marathon.

Having competed at the US national and university level, I understand the importance of holistic training, including drills, stretching, running programs, strength training, and nutrition.
Open to in-person and online lessons, timeframes subject to format.
Lessons are open to beginners and intermediate runners of all ages!

Perfect! My daughter had just had her first lesson with Emma but they hit it off right away and my daughter had smiles on her face during Emma’s coaching.
