About Evan
My lessons are built around patience, encouragement, and the belief that anyone can become musical with the right guidance. My goal is to create a relaxed, inspiring environment where students of all levels can develop genuine confidence at the piano — one step at a time. My lessons mostly focus on teaching contemporary piano, focusing on how to play in band scenarios and how to develop your own creative voice on the keys! I DO NOT teach the typical grade system, but if you want to learn how to develop creativity, play by ear and master contemporary piano then you're in the right place!

Learn piano in a way that suits you. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to develop your sound, I offer lessons that focus on creativity, musicality, and confidence at the keys. I DO NOT teach the typical grade system, instead lessons will mostly focus on: • Playing by ear & understanding harmony • Learning the songs you love • Improvisation, composition, and theory • Performance techniques and playing in a band
All lessons will start with a recap and end with a homework task Lessons are available online or in-person, flexible for all ages and skill levels.
