About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel, I am 22 years old and studied Classical Singing, Piano and Saxophone at the Junior Royal Norther College of Music. I am a 2025 graduate of the Uniervsity of Manchester, with a BMus in Music, first class (hons). After years of thoroughly enjoying my training over the past fourteen years, I am hoping to be able to inspire you to want to begin and continue your musical journey, whatever direction you are looking to go. I am an enthusiastic musician and tutor who will adapt to whatever goal you want to achieve. So give me a message and set up a free first chat about your goals within the area. I can't wait to meet you!

About the lesson

I am an enthusiastic and patient tutor, open to teaching anyone of any standard. A typical lesson would consist of spending the first five minutes reviewing the work that week, and allowing the student to talk through how they feel they are progressing. However every student is different, and so my teaching methodology will vary to fit the student's needs. I have tutored ABRSM Music Theory, and taught beginner singing lessons. I open to tutoring any age, and offer singing lessons for beginner-intermediate singers. I would encourage sitting ABRSM graded exams, (in both singing and theory) however it is entirely up to the pupil as to what they are aiming to achieve through my tutorage.

Perfect! Rachel helped my 7 year old daughter to sing to good standard. She’s always very accommodating and patient. She’s clearly very talented and my daughter looks up to her. Rachel sings like a beautiful angel! We’ve taken few packages and my daughter has improved a lot and aiming to take grade 1 in musical singing. Thanks Rachel.
